We deliver worldwide. Cost of shipping is calculated at checkout. Cost may vary depending on the weight of shipments and location of delivery.

Lagos : 2-3 Working Days

Other parts of Nigeria : 5-8 Working Days

Outside Nigeria : 10-15 Working Days

Return & Exchange Policy

At Eukonia, we strive to ensure  that you have a stress free, seamless and enjoyable  shopping experience. We try as much as possible to render the highest quality of service. Our refund policy  goes thus:

  • With the exception of damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered, all sales are final.

  • We accept returns within 24hrs of purchase.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unopened, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact

  • Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization if your return meets the criteria outlined in this policy.

  • Packaging and Shipping: Securely package the item and include a copy of the return authorization. Ship the item to the provided address. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. Do not include any items unrelated to the returned item in the packaging, as Eukonia will not be liable for such items.

  • Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. Upon approval, a refund will be processed within 72 working hours.
